The City of Santa Rosa has banned smoking inside any building within the city limits. The Flamingo Conference Resort and Spa strictly enforces this “No-Smoking Policy”. A fine up to $200 may be charged to the account of any person smoking within our guest rooms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
